Initial consultation (30 Minutes)

Select this appointment type if:

• you are a new patient, or

• it has been more than 12 months since your last appointment at GAALS.

An initial consultation is suited to most new patients. If you have a complex gynaecological history, and think you may need more time, consider booking an extended consultation.

Extended Consultation (45 minutes)

Consider this appointment type if:

• you are a new patient, and

• you have complex gynaecological history (such as previous surgeries, endometriosis, pelvic pain), and/or

• you are seeking a second opinion after you have seen another specialist, and

• you would like additional time to discuss your health concerns.

There are additional costs for an extended consultation, and the Medicare rebate is higher. You can estimate the cost of your appointment on our billing page.

Follow up consultation (15 minutes)

Select this appointment type if your last appointment at GAALS was less than 12 months ago.
